Delivery Information

At ICN Stores, we strive to provide fast and reliable delivery of your indoor furniture purchases. We have multiple domestic warehouses located across the United States, ensuring efficient order processing and quick shipping times. Please read the following information regarding our delivery process:

Order Processing:

Once you place an order on our website, our team begins processing it promptly. We aim to have your order picked, packed, and ready for shipment within 24 hours. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Times:

We understand the importance of receiving your items in a timely manner. With our domestic warehouses strategically located, we can offer fast delivery within the United States. On average, you can expect your order to be delivered within 4 to 6 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that these estimates are based on business days and do not include weekends or holidays.

Tracking Your Order:

To track the progress of your shipment, you will receive an email containing tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Simply click on the tracking link provided in the email to view the status of your delivery. You will need to provide either the Order ID or the Email Address used to place the order.

Delivery Options:

We offer various delivery options to cater to your needs. Depending on the size and weight of the items, your order may be shipped via standard courier services or freight carriers. Rest assured, we select the most appropriate delivery method to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your furniture.

Delays and Remote Locations:

While we strive to fulfill orders promptly, please note that delays may occur during peak seasons, such as Christmas and public holidays. Additionally, remote locations may encounter extended delivery times due to local transport schedules. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.

Unshipped Items Return Policy

  • 25 % restocking fee will be charged for unshipped item returns without valid reason within 30 days of the original order being processed.

Shipped Items Return Policy

  • For quality or other issues, the Buyer can request a refund or reshipment within 7 days after the end customer has received the item. The reshipment fee will be borne by the Seller.

Beginning from the date of delivery, purchased products include a month warranty.In the event of manufacturing defects, the Buyer can request a refund, partial reshipment or full reshipment within the warranty period.

Please note that the warranty policy does not apply to the following situations:

  • Damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear or natural disaster and accidents, including but not limited to: burns, cuts, tears abrasions, scratches, watermarks, indentation or pet damage
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, except with written approval from Seller
  • Products not purchased through the Giga Cloud Marketplace
  • Products with their own individual warranty policy
